Restarting, a 12 week Tuesday night class that provides hope and healing for the soul, meets from September 18 through December 4 and is led by Pastor Steve.
Restarting offers a fresh, Christian, cutting-edge, solution-based approach for building relational joy, receiving inner healing from hurts and traumas, and developing life-giving relationships. In Restarting we get training in new skills that build capacity for joyful connection with God and others and also learn how to return to joy from negative emotions.
The class combines video instruction with relational skill-building exercises that are safe and powerful tools for growth and healing.
A $22 textbook is required, and scholarships are available. Childcare is provided.
