Planning Your Event at Grace
So, you are planning an event at Grace... you have come to the right place! Filling out the forms below has you well on your way to making your event a reality.
The first step is to make your facility reservation. Once we've received your request for facility reservation, a member of the GCC office will be contacting you. (Events meeting off-site do not need to make a facility reservation, but you may still want to fill out a publicity request if you wish to promote your event to the church.)
The second step for your event at Grace is to submit a communication request. Once we have received your request, Nathan will be in touch to iron out the details of your communication plan. (Not every event that needs a facility reservation needs a communication plan - the whole church does not need to know that your birthday party is happening in the Music Room.)
The main avenues we use for getting the word out about events are our website, the weekly This Week at Grace email, the program, and the looping slides before and after the services on Sunday morning. If your event requires registration, you can choose to have a sign up station in the foyer on a Sunday morning, and/or we can put a registration form on the website.
We also want to take this opportunity to remind you that this is a request. It is important to us that we use our communication channels in ways that most line up with our purpose to love god, love people, and lead others to do the same; we reserve the right to hold final say on what is communicated and when/how that communication happens.
