Timothy coordinates The Missional Church Network (MCN,) a growing coalition of pastors and churches in Newton and Harvey County. MCN coordinates inter-church outreaches and community service projects among area evangelical churches guided by the motto: “Being Good News, Sharing Good News."

The MCN goal is to help the Body of Christ work together to transform their communities into "Kingdom Class" communities.
